&. EVENT OVERVIEW
( I ) INTRODUCTION
Hello everyone, Please join us this Sept 5-6 to celebrate Zayne’s birthday! Please RSVP via Partiful so we can plan some fun raffles & mini events.
( II ) DISCLAIMERS #1
We have to stress that we have no official affiliation with Love and Deepspace nor Infold Games. This is strictly a hobbyist gathering for enthusiasts of the game hosted by fans of the game.
( III ) DISCLAIMERS #2
This event will be a FREE admission event. However, to receive a freebie goodie bag you will be required to purchase ONE drink of your choice from the XFT menu.
( IV ) RAFFLES
We will be having raffles containing 2 prizes everyday. The prizes will be official goods from the Paper Games Taobao Store. (Check back soon for the raffle prizes reveal) Attendees who are interested can purchase raffle tickets for $3 each and the winner will be announced at 5:30pm everyday!We will also be raffling off our Zayne Cutout on Saturday night at 7:30PM, tickets to take him home will be $5 each. Tickets can be purchased on both Friday and Saturday up until 7PM. ʚ♡ɞ
( V ) MINI EVENTS
We plan to have a message board for you to leave messages to Zayne, an indoor photo area for you to take photos with your goodies or dolls! Additionally, we will have merch of artist friends of ours available for sale. All profits made will be sent to them after the event ends. More events may be added in the future depending on donations & funds availability.
( VI ) KINDLY NOTE
We are a small group of fans planning this event! We have limited funds and have full time jobs. Please be understanding as we will try to run this event as smoothly as possible to the best of our capabilities.
( VII ) DONATIONS
We have to stress that this is completely not necessary and only to do so within your means! However, we would be more than grateful if you are able to help fund our event as everything is currently being covered by yours truly right now. If you are interested in donating please send me an email and I can provide you with my Venmo.
( VIII ) EVENT EXPENSES & BUDGET
I will be publicizing a condensed budget after the event ends to be fully transparent with everyone and show that all donations received were used to fund for the event.

Hello Hello!! I'm Jenn the event host & clown behind the Zayne NYC Bday Cafe Event. I am a pretty early player of the game and solely play in CN (which is pure suffering but I feel like my chinese did get better!) Zayne was my day 1 ride or die so it only felt right organizing a bday party for him this year*˚‧♡ When not playing the game you can probably find me: stuffing my face with bread, at the MET, bed rotting, playing LADS. I'm not chronically online but if you wish to follow for future event shenanigans!
